A New York couple has filed a lawsuit with the Queens Supreme Court after both were furloughed from their catering jobs for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, citing unknown effects on conception and pregnancy.
Jisserlin Reyes, 33, and Sandra Balbin, 36, planned to conceive via artificial insemination. Balbin said that the company already required wearing masks, social distancing, and getting tested twice a week—all measures with which the couple had complied.
Concerns mounted over the vaccine when the couple’s OB/GYN provided a letter stating that “the safety of the currently available COVID-19 vaccine has not been established.”
According to the Daily News, Balbin was only weeks away from her insemination date and didn’t “want to take any risks.”1
Balbin states the company, which terminated employment for both women on May 28, was going to help pay for the fertilization. Balbin said, “Now I feel like I don’t have the money to do this.”1
Legality of Mandated COVID-19 Vaccine Still in Question
The lawsuit against Great Performances was filed on June 14, 2021, alleging “wrongful termination and discrimination based on disability or sex.”1
The legality surrounding a workplace mandating the experimental COVID-19 vaccine being distributed by vaccine manufacturers under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) granted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is still in question. Multiple workplace-mandated vaccine lawsuits have been filed throughout the nation, including by a New Mexico detention center,2 a Los Angeles School district3 and one of Houston’s largest medical networks.4
The couple’s attorney stated that the women being fired under the given circumstances is equivalent to wrongful termination.1
EEOC States Employers Must Comply With ADA and Civil Rights Act Accommodations
According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) COVID-19 vaccine guidelines, employers can require the vaccine but “must comply with the reasonable accommodations of the ADA… the Civil Rights Act, and other EEO considerations.”5
The EEOC guidelines state that alternative arrangements must be made for employees who may fall into these protected categories.5
CDC: “Currently No Evidence” of Fertility Issues Despite No Long-Term Data
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website states:
There is currently no evidence that COVID-19 vaccination causes any problems with pregnancy, including the development of the placenta. In addition, there is no evidence that fertility problems are a side effect of any vaccine, including COVID-19 vaccines.6
All three COVID-19 vaccines are still being distributed in the United States under at EUA, which requires less evidence of safety than that of products officially licensed by the FDA.7 The FDA states that use of an experimental vaccine with an EUA status is voluntary:
FDA must ensure that recipients of the vaccine under an EUA are informed, to the extent practicable given the applicable circumstances, that FDA has authorized the emergency use of the vaccine, of the known and potential benefits and risks, the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown, that they have the option to accept or refuse the vaccine, and of any available alternatives to the product.8
Historically, experimental vaccines have undergone 10-15 years of development before FDA approval for use by the general public.9

This is exactly the situation I’m dreading. I am in the middle of IVF treatment, and have decided to forego the injection until there have been more long-term safety studies done. I get my insurance through my employer, and he is an ardent vaccinator. It’s only a matter of time before they mandate this experimental therapy. And I can’t take Ivermectin as far as I know during pregnancy. So I’m gathering as many resources now in the event that my job is threatened.

I’m a nurse too, and I believe that if all the health care workers who don’t want to be exploited and experimented upon just let themselves be fired, there would no way be enough staff to keep the goddam hospitals open…which would be a benefit to humanity, since all they do is kill and maim people anyway.
We need to then form our new, safe health care system. It’s a win-win, please let’s do it. And not just for health care, but for every sector of the economy. Come on people, no one is going to do it for us!. Create a new system which makes the old one obsolete. BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME!

To Mary RN. Over 400 boatloads of Europeans and Venezuelans (first world) have been seen by the Coast Guard docking into Pompano Beach Fl. and are being detained there longterm. Many HR chiefs were mandated to create succession plans to prepare for their employees succumbing to the ill effects of the degredation caused by the jabs.

First off – We don’t have a government. The United States is a corporation and as such those (in charge) may always act in their own best bottom line interest. They don’t care about you. So get that straight finally – And then most other questions and criticisms are quickly cleared.
Secondly- The CDC isn’t wrong not to say anything negative about the jabs concerning pregnancy (Marie). They’re doing their job and protecting the interests of their corporation. Stop expecting them and everyone else in power to do the right thing. Those are just the rules for little people.

It is NOT a vaccine. All you have to do is look up the definition of vaccine in a hardcopy Medical and/or Nursing Dictionary for “Vaccine” and Gene Therapy.” This thing is a modified messenger RNA to cause a genetic change to make your body’s cells it comes in contact with to stop preproducing then start creating the spike protein, very toxic, segment of the SARS-CoV2(SARS-Corona Virus -2. This thing was brought into emergency release by the FDA, breaking their own rules, since we already have proven modalities for reducing COVID-19 symptoms. By the way, viruses pass right through your N-95, flimsy medical masks-and cloth masks…easily proveable by lab test to incubate growth, or fog your mirror or window by blowing through them. You should not be forced to become the subject of any experimental drug. This is a violation of the Nuremberg Code, for which the penalty is DEATH. These people need to find top-flight lawyers who WIN their cases and get a legal notice of criminal violation.
It might be easier (and cheaper) to find out your employer’s INSURANCE company and ask them whether an employee is covered if they are harmed by the jab. Maybe serve notice that the employer will be sued as an individual if there is harm.
Good advice, Photina. Employee’s must start forcing the issue with their employers and asking them to sign a document assuming all the risk and responsibility for mandating vaccinations for their employees. This would include all medical expenses including long-term healthcare expenses for a person who becomes short-term, long-term or permanently disabled from the vaccine and a hefty insurance payout to the family in the event an employee’s dies after receiving the forced vaccine. This document must be enforced for at least three years or longer from the time the vaccine was given. I bet that would stop some of this nonsense by corporations.
June 16, 2021 Majority of Physicians Decline COVID Shots, according to Survey
Of the 700 physicians responding to an internet survey by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), nearly 60 percent said they were not “fully vaccinated” against COVID. This contrasts with the claim by the American Medical Association that 96 percent of practicing physicians are fully vaccinated. This was based on 300 respondents.
