Tests for SARS-CoV-2 in South Korea Can’t Distinguish Virus from Viral Fragments

A team of South Korean infectious disease researchers has concluded there is no evidence that people can be reinfected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The researchers, led by Oh Myoung-don, MD, head of Seoul National University Hospital’s division of infectious diseases, believe that reports of patients who have recovered from COVID-19 and subsequently tested positive again for SARS-CoV-2 were not due to reinfection or reactivation but, rather, to testing errors.1 2 3 4 5 6

According to Dr. Oh, the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests used to determine the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and help diagnose cases of COVID-19 cannot distinguish between the virus and harmless fragments of the virus.1 2 3 4 5 6 Vaccine developer Seol Dai-wu of Chung-Ang University in Seoul, South Korea agrees. “The RT-PCR machine itself cannot distinguish an infectious viral particle versus a non-infectious virus particle, as the test simply detects any viral component,” Seol said.2

As immunologist Beda Stadler, PhD, former director of the University Institute of Immunology at the Insel Hospital in Bern, Switzerland notes, people who recovered from COVID-19 can still test positive for SARS-CoV-2 because…

… the coronavirus test measures only a very tiny tiny piece of the genome of the virus, and if your immune cells have killed the virus, then you have debris, you have rotten pieces of the nucleic acids in your blood and everywhere, and the assay can pick up these rotten pieces and then it look like as if you’re infected. You’re not. You have won the fight, you’re immune. So [the test] cannot discriminate.7

In a recent case involving 260 people in South Korea who had been diagnosed with COVID-19 and recovered, tests detected fragments of the SARS-CoV-2 virus weeks after their recoveries. “The tests detected the ribonucleic acid of the dead virus,” Dr. Oh said.1 2 3 4 5 6 He added:

PCR testing that amplifies genetics of the virus is used in Korea to test COVID-19, and relapse cases are due to technical limits of the PCR testing. The respiratory epithelial cell has a half-life of up to three months, and RNA virus in the cell can be detected with PCR testing one to two months after the elimination of the cell.1 3 5 6

The findings by Dr. Oh and his research team have been confirmed by the Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC). On May 18, 2020, the KCDC announced that it had studied 285 cases of patients who had recovered from SARS-CoV-2 infection and later tested positive again for  the virus. Despite the positive tests, the agency determined that the patients were not contagious because they did not actually have the virus—that the PCR tests has “falsely identified dead viral matter as active COVID-19 infection.”8 9

The new research from South Korea has led to new protocols in that country for handling cases involving people who recovered from COVID-19, completed a period of isolation and then retested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Now, in South Korea, there is no longer a requirement for people, who have recovered from COVID-19 and gone through isolation, to test negative for SARS-CoV-2 before going back to work or school.9

It sounds like the tests need to be improved for the virus in order to be accurate.
I wonder how difficult that will be and how soon?????????

Interesting article at the link above. Might prove critical in reaching a solution.

The problem is with the PCR Test itself, per the patented creator who should know says it does not distinguish covid19 or any other virus. Only elevated RNA, which technically any one could have all depending on how healthy the immune system is at the time of the test, We already have have living in our bodies Virome a trillion or more viruses that are kept in check by a healthy functioning immune system, so if weakened and someone tests positive, could be any one of those residing already or a past coronavirus which also is known as a “cold” causing the elevation, could be a false positive which the manufacturers have been proven to have up to 60% false positives, some say deliberately to sow more fear as many have no symptoms and asymptomatic carriers are very rare if at all,
or could be a generic respiratory illness with symptoms like they vaguely say covid19 has being recorded as covid19, or could be that if one gets tested today and is negative then goes tomorrow and is positive then is counted as 3. Could be thet 80% of us have resistance already built up due to exposure to any corona virus n our life thus show antibodies already made being counted as positive. The media, govt and paid spokespeople or actors are inflating the numbers and real statistics have proven, that they are inflated and not one person has actually died from SarsCov2, the big death numbers thats sensationalized every dwy is for every single death no matter what the cause and is being counted as Covid19 death . when they yes died, they may have been positive by the faulty testing, but did not die “from” SarsCoV2, Covid19 only with according to the inflated documentation that coincidently now has to be forwarded to a data base at HHS not allowing CDC to do its job and recording because if they did the numbers couldn’t be inflated, fudged or counted inaccurately as they have internal policy and standards that must be followed unlike our executive branch, our justice branch and mey as well include the remaining branches of House n Senate who have did nothing about it but spend 6 trillion dollars and it didn’t go to the citizens in the measly 1200 that some got but many didn’t. Where did it go?
Is Covid19 or SarsCov2 a real “Novel”virus? Or is it just a man modified version of the coronavirus thats been around for many years ? Not deadly, not severely contagious like many viruses we are exposed to are not if proper hygiene, strong immune systems by having adequate n proper nutrition, if” terrain theory not “germ theory” was followed.
Just like with the cancer industry after billions have been spent, millions have died,
big pharma and the govt reap all the profits from something they created and will not fix all for money, greed and depopulation purposes not yours or my benefit only our losses like this plandemic so they can inject even more poisons to do more harm, like they have been doing to our children for quite some time without accountability or responsibility.. .

I have been saying this since January only because I have researched the subject extensively. Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR test spoke before Congress in the early 90’s exclaiming how the test can NEVER be used for diagnostic purposes for the very reason it cannot detect live viruses only “genetic material”. He won the Nobel Prize for his invention and was adamant about NOT using it for diagnosing an illness. We have been exposed to a few dozen coronaviruses in our lifetime and carry the “genetic material” as a result of having the common cold, which IS a coronavirus. Therefore, most of us have this material. Another HUGE problem with the test is it has up to 80% FALSE POSITIVE results. So out of 100 people, 80 will test “positive” even though it is false.

These are just a few of the articles about the PCR testing and the major faults. From the CDC’s website:
What do your results mean? If you test positive.
    https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/testing/serology-overview.html
As stated above, we have been exposed to dozens of coronaviruses and testing positive does NOT mean you have the illness. Please carefully read from the above CDC website

Similar issue during the HIV=AIDS hoax, when the PCR test was used incorrectly so that when they found PIECES showing exposure, they said you HAVE it. The PCR test inventor, doc Kary Mullis–who won the Nobel Prize for it–said it shows you had it, but your immune system wrecked it. Shhh.

Note that mess was around the same time they indemnified the vaccine makers (1986), and they’re used such lies and deceit ever since, to push hardly-tested industrial chemicals the FDA was paid off to approve, for youse to inject directly into your body (bypassing normal immune system) or even ASK “your” doctor to give you the drugs AS SEEN ON TV.
_ The ‘Agencies’ folks, and some other gov employees (including the last 8 out of 10 FDA Commissioners who quit their overpaid gov jobs to work directly for Bi Pig Pharma) and the drug co’s are frozen 9th circle of Hell monkeys who should at least live in Guantanamo.

_You will recall Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pointed out Big Pharma bribes twice as much as Oil & Gas was ever able.
    _ YOU are Not “represented.”

I wholeheartedly agree with you. How do we get people to understand so they wake up and say ENOUGH!!!

The blood test is more accurate than the PCR test. If the result of the blood test is IgG than a person has ‘cleared’ the disease – they had it and they are immune! If the blood test comes back IgM than they have an active case and need to isolate for 2 weeks.

For example, I had the measles as a kid. I have a footprint that will show IgG for measles. I have natural immunity and will not be contagious again!

Sounds like ‘fragments’ on a PCR test indicate immunity. I watched a local city board of health meeting in TX about 2 months ago & the State was directing the local Board to count the ‘cases’ differently! Among other things, they were classifying IgG cases as ‘probable’!

As Dr Simone Gold recently said on the American Frontline doctors press release “cases are irrelevant; number of deaths is a hard & fast number although there is [corruption] in that number as well; we would have laughed if you told us herd immunity were cases!”

Dr Gold was fired from her job because of the press release; here is her interview about why she got fired.

Apparently, during an outbreak emergency, a vaccine CANNOT be fast-tacked if there is another medicine that works!
In front of us is a cure – HCQ (hydroxychloroquinine), given in combination with zinc that has been used safely for 60 years and all of a sudden it is dangerous! NOT!
