Florida is suing a major biopharmaceutical company for marketing COVID vaccine deceptively. The Attorney General (James Uthmeier) is going after Pfizer and its CEO. He says the company promoted its COVID-19 vaccine as safe, but he claims there are some serious health concerns associated with it.

Aren’t the vaccine manufacturers protected from lawsuits? It’s nice that the information about injuries is getting out, but many people are not backing away from them. What good is trying to sue if they are completely immune from prosecution?
That’s why they’re going after the False Advertising claim AND holding the Pfizer CEO personally responsible.
Keep dreaming. Floridians taxpayer money continues to flow to these companies while this pretenda lawsuit occurs. Nobody will go to jail and you can count on that. An entire country, this is the best they can do, a single case in one state? Lawyers are going to get paid. So will the pharmaceutical industrial complex. Protections for the general public, that’s never going to happen. We are on our own.
Well, I’m glad the attorney general is suing Pfizer and the CEO. But too many injuries and deaths from Covid shots. 🤷🏻♀️
