Before Nov. 19, 2025, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) featured language on its website declaring point blank that vaccines do not cause autism. Specifically, at that time the CDC stated: “Studies have shown that there is no link between receiving vaccines and developing autism spectrum disorder (ASD). No links have been found between any vaccine ingredients and ASD.”1 2 3 4
On Nov. 19, 2025 the text about vaccines and autism was changed by CDC officials to inform the reader that the possibility that vaccines could contribute to the development of autism had not been ruled out. The health agency’s website language changed to:
“Vaccines do not cause autism” is not an evidence-based claim. Scientific studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines contribute to the development of autism. However, this statement has historically been disseminated by the CDC and other federal health agencies within HHS to prevent vaccine hesitancy.5
Pro-Mandatory Vaccination Proponents Oppose 2025 Change to Language on Vaccines and Autism
Additionally, the language on the CDC’s website in 2025 stated that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) had “launched a comprehensive assessment of the causes of autism, including investigations on plausible biologic mechanisms and potential causal links.” That was perfectly reasonable and urgently needed language given the unrelenting, ever expanding autism epidemic.5
Predictably, however, it managed to rile a lot of people in Congress and within the pharmaceutical, medical, and public health industries because it publicly revisited the question of whether vaccines can cause autism. It is a decades-old debate that many vaccine apologists say should be over because they say “the science has been settled” and vaccines do not cause autism, and any suggestion that the vaccine-autism association should be investigated will only fuel more “vaccine hesitancy.”
According to Alison Singer, co-founder and president of the Autism Science Foundation (ASF), while researchers “can’t do a scientific study to show that something does not cause something else,” there are a “mountain of studies that we have exonerating vaccines as a cause of autism.”1 She added:
I think the question of whether vaccines cause autism is one that science can answer, and science has answered it.1
Fiona Havers, MD, a former medical epidemiologist with the CDC, characterized the November 2025 language change on the CDC’s website as little more than “anti-vaccine propaganda” that “contradict[s] decades of scientific research.”3 Pediatrician Susan Kressly, MD, president of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), stressed:
There’s no link between vaccines and autism. Anyone repeating this harmful myth is misinformed or intentionally trying to mislead parents. We call on the CDC to stop wasting government resources to amplify false claims that sow doubt…3
The Infectious Disease Society of America stated:
There is no scientific rationale for CDC to change its long-standing assertion that there is no link between vaccines and autism. This change is not driven by science but by politics and will only serve to increase mistrust in science and medicine.2
“This change to CDC language undermines the agency’s scientific integrity, damaging its credibility on vaccines and other health recommendations,” said former CDC director Mandy Cohen, MD, MPH. “Most concerning, it risks endangering children by driving down vaccination rates and leaving kids vulnerable to preventable diseases like measles and whooping cough.” Sean O’Leary, MD, MPH, chair of the AAP’s Committee on Infectious Diseases, said he worried that the changes to the website would “scare parents and further stigmatize” people with autism.1
Senator Cassidy Objects to CDC Website Language on Vaccines and Autism
Perhaps the person most riled with the changes to the CDC’s website made in November 2025 has been U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee. In a post on X, Sen. Cassidy wrote, “Redirecting attention to factors we definitely know DO NOT cause autism denies families the answers they deserve.” He sought to reassure the public that vaccines are “safe and effective and will not cause autism” and that “any statement to the contrary is wrong, irresponsible, and actively makes Americans sicker.”1 2 3
It is widely known that Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. played a role in having the agency’s vaccine/autism language revised in 2025. Cassidy said that Kennedy in his HELP confirmation hearings in January 2025 had assured him that the “CDC will not remove statements on their website pointing out that vaccines do not cause autism.” Kennedy kept his word, but did alter the statement by truthfully adding “Vaccines do not cause autism is not an evidence-based claim” to the CDC’s website page.2 6 7 8
CDC Language on Vaccines and Autism Again Amended
Now, it looks like Cassidy is determined to turn the clock back. Reportedly, in exchange for his support to confirm President Trump’s nominee to be the next director of the CDC, Erica Schwartz, MD, JD, MPH, Cassidy has made a deal with Kennedy on the CDC’s language. A recent CNN article quoted Cassidy as saying… “As a sign of good faith, [Health and Human Services] modified the CDC’s autism and vaccines webpage.”8 9
The latest language about vaccines and autism posted July 23, 2025 on the CDC website now reads:
Scientists have not identified the root causes of autism. HHS continues to support rigorous scientific research and will update this page as reliable new evidence becomes available.5 8
Commenting on the new website language, Cassidy said this was at least “a start.” It’s clear that he expects more from Kennedy on this issue, and certainly more from Dr. Schwartz if she is confirmed for the top CDC post.
What Cassidy shouldn’t expect is a return to the ol’ “Vaccines do not cause autism” sloganeering. That ship has sailed.

There is no way the CDC becomes a fountain of truth and admits that vaccines directly cause autism. You keep putting toxic vaccines into anyone and you are going to get something bad in return. The big pharma owned and operated CDC is still a monster of a joke.

As a mother of five children, I respectfully disagree. My last and least radiated child is the one with ASD – and he was also the most vaccinated. I have concluded that vaccine mercury/aluminum, live viruses therein, and subsequent gut-bombing antibiotics are the culprit of the neuro-immune dysfunction labeled ASD. Pharma sorceries are destroying our future!
I agree, I am shocked to hear how many ultra sounds some women have during their pregnancies. The technology is getting more and more advanced which equals more radiation. The medical industrial complex does nothing to educate people of the risks of US. They promote it as safe. I do believe that vaccines are also the culprit, you combine the two and it is a disaster waiting to happen. Think about the timing of the two. When the amount of mandatory vaccines started increasing so did the amount of US use. When I was pregnant with my two children, one born in ’89 and the other in ’91 I had one US each and they were just starting to increase the vaccine numbers. So many in their age group and younger are now being diagnosed. The MDs like the US technology because they want to “catch” things that they can maybe be sued for down the line, parents want them because they think it is special to look at their baby in uetero to see whose nose they think the baby has, all the while doing harm to their unborn baby.
You make a very good point. Ultra sound is definitely harmful to the fetus and sold to the parents as completely harmless. “It’s just sound”. Thank you for the link. But adding multiple toxic injections to very small children is also damaging. Aluminum and other foreign proteins put directly into a child’s bloodstream can have very detrimental effects to some children. Even if it’s not autism, it could be chronic disease like allergy, asthma, digestive problems.
The ONLY common thread in all the exponential proliferation of Autism is the onerous mandating of up to and over 17 shots to a child in their first year of life. Once all other possibilities are accounted for, only the so-called ‘vaccines’ remain.
I would argue that glyphosate in the food supply and genetically modified foods also contributed. I think it was a perfect storm of exploding vaccine doses plus an ever more toxic food supply.
Individual vaccines may not cause autism but the idiotic number of chemicals pumped into the bodies of infants and youngsters certainly sets up their bodies for strange new diseases.

George, to a point you are right, but you don’t take into consideration that most aren’t aware that they’ve been taught wrongly. As a retired nurse who was educated before all of the medical schools were purchased by pharma and their subsidiaries, I see and speak with current professionals who don’t have non-technical educations, who have never even heard of treatments that were common just 20 years ago, and who are unaware of the existence of VAERS, amongst other failings. Allowing the (Big Pharma) Wolf to purchase and sponsor, let alone decide the curricula of our med school sheep should never have been allowed. Western medicine will likely never recover, but they cannot even see where they went wrong, nor admit it happened.
HOWEVER, that doesn’t mean that all doctors and nurses are greedy and uncaring, far from it. They believe what they were taught, and need to be made to see that it is all propaganda, designed and enforced to continue the income of it’s master, and not knowledge for anyone’s betterment as they were led to believe. It isn’t easy to get someone to listen when they already have busy lives, and student loans they can’t pay off if they don’t toe the line. We all seem to create echo chambers for our views, especially in Social Media sites, and they haven’t had the opposing voices trying to tell them what they haven’t already heard, only their own beliefs being repeated by those they follow, reinforcing their ignorance. (Yes, it works both ways, I know) Plus, who wants to admit they may have been complicit in a genocide attempt, no matter how unwittingly? Imagine the guilt that that realization would bring on your soul, and on your ability to sleep at night. I personally think that would eat at me until I did something stupid, so I cannot blame others for avoiding the possibility.
I’m unfortunately not the one to answer how to fix this. I wish I was, because I tend to act for what’s best before counting my own consequences that result from my impetuousness. I retired nearly 30 years ago rather than follow a state flu shot requirement to remain a nurse, and made a very difficult life for myself and family. Leaving nursing didn’t give me an excuse to not finish paying off my student loans. It took twice as long and we did without a lot, but I did it. It isn’t a choice anyone who thinks ahead might make, but I would do it again because it was right (for me at least). I just try to help the nurses I come into contact with to see that they haven’t been given the whole truth, and if they are open I give them a few sites to read and decide if they want to face (scary) reality. Some do, believe it or not. Not everyone in medicine is bad, not even most. They are just misled. Don’t hate them, give them some benefit of the doubt. It isn’t a profession that you go into for easy money, its a quite hard one and no one with ANY sense thinks otherwise. But they are told over and over by society that they are ‘experts’, and given respect. Finding that they aren’t isn’t something they want to hear or will accept easily. Some will at least consider it , so that is a start, at least.
Please don’t malign all for the fault they aren’t even aware of in most cases.
As to politicians, nope. Sorry, even I won’t make any excuses for them. Everyone knows they go into it for the money and/or power. No sane person gets involved in that cesspool otherwise, and they all deserve whatever you want to say about them!
I had a sister-in-law who was a nurse, and she used to always remind us “there’s a reason they say doctors are practicing medicine” – – i.e. they’re not experts 🙂
It’s way past time to hold the medical industry accountable for the murder of thousands of children for profit. In addition, members of the Senate and House should be charged with murder for profit. Baby killing should be a cruel offense, and it is way past time for them to pay with their freedom.

Here we go again with the fear theater; measles and whooping cough. We all came down with whooping cough once. The damned illegal migrants are the reason this spread around again. My wife had it as a child, she brushed right past it again, did not bother to take the anti biotics they shoved at us. She was mildly ill for a few days and nothing more. I never had it and it subsided right on schedule, the 100 day cough. Not all that different than my normal smoking cough, just more flem. Felt like it actually helped clear my lungs out. I skipped the anti biotics too. We let our daughters have the anti biotics as their probiotic recovery being younger is virtually guaranteed. The older was sick for two weeks and got better. Our younger the bacteria did get her and she had the legit 100 day whooping cough. It was annoying she’d cough and got sick a few times, had to sit in a steamy shower, we went through a lot of freshly squeezed lemon water and omega fish oil supplements. We got out the vitamins and we got better. We’re taking zeolite too lately.
The main thing you need to worry about with whooping is to stay away from infants. If they do catch it, the infants can be fine but with a lot of extra attentive round the clock care. For every other humanoid whom can waddle or walk on two legs, they can catch whooping and be just fine. Don’t drink milk and drink lemon water instead. Get lots of rest. You’ll be fine.
And now we’re all better, all have natural immunity. Without any concerns at all about the dangers and chronological health conditions that come with vaccines. No vaccines required. Imagine that. They can cry and cry and cry the day away lamenting our anti vaccination positions. Their positions would be laughable if not for their authoritarian draconian usurpation of representative governance and our civil rights, the never ending taxation without representation which is their power base. Their faux science has always been a fraud. We could only have been so lucky to have gotten measles but that never happened. One day maybe, and we’ll be just fine in the end same as with the whooping. We trust our natural immunity.
It’s just more of the Communist manifesto, crisis, chaos and confusion. If the governmental agencies and the faux governmental agencies have not figured out that any American with a modicum of common sense has no trust no respect much less hope that the truth will ever part any bureaucrats lips. I do not understand why RFK Jr does not bring up the case of William Thompson,scientist with CDC studying the link between autism and vaccines in 2004.
He revealed to Brian Hooker that documentation was destroyed by the committee because it showed there was, indeed, a link between Afro-American boys who had followed the prescribed vaccine schedule and developed autism. Thompson kept the documents! Hooker tried to get this before a Congressional committee, but “powers that be” would not hear of it!

Before vaccinating, genes should be interpreted to determine whether the body can properly detox the mercury and aluminum and whatever other toxins are in the vaccines if someone chooses to vaccinate.
