There’s been a lot of discussions that you can no longer trust the most famous and most prestigious scientific place where you read about science and medicine. I think there are several reasons [why it has gone so far]. Some editors have strong beliefs that they don’t want to have challenged. For example, editors of specialty journals like obstetrics and gynecology and arthritis and rheumatism and so on. They often have strong beliefs and therefore don’t want to publish articles that challenge their personal beliefs.
