On Oct. 27, 2025, epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, MPH posted a report on X (formerly Twitter) providing evidence that vaccines are the leading cause of autism and soon after this post, Hulscher’s account disappeared from the social networking site.1
Later that day, Hulscher, who is affiliated with the McCullough Foundation and has been publishing studies and evidence about the harms caused by the mRNA COVID-19 biologic and COVID shot mandates, immediately sent out a message on another X account. He stated, “This is our study that appears to have resulted in a removal of my account from the search results.”2 3
The post that triggered the post removal from X described the new McCullough Foundation report as, “The Most Comprehensive Analysis Ever Conducted on the Causes of Autism.” The post further stated that “combination and early-timed routine childhood vaccination constitutes the most significant modifiable risk factor for ASD.”4
Hulscher claimed to have not been notified about the removal of his account before its disappearance. He opined:
I do believe that my sharing of our landmark autism report resulted in this apparent censoring of my account. This is gravely worrisome as X is supposed to be the flagship social media site of ‘free speech.’ Nonetheless, their sudden reversal of the obvious shadow ban eases some of these fears.5
X Promised a Social Media Platform for Free Speech
Removing the account of a controversial post on X is surprising considering X’s well known commitment to free speech. Multibillionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, who purchased Twitter for $44 billion in 2022, vowed to transform the social media platform into a haven for free speech.6 7 Musk went so far as to pay the legal fees of a Frontline physician who supported informed consent and opposed Canada’s COVID-19 shot mandates.
At the time, X posted:
X is proud to help defend Dr. Kulvinder Kaur Gill against the government-supported efforts to cancel her speech… Free speech is the bedrock of democracy and a critical defense against totalitarianism in all forms. We must do whatever we can to protect it, and at X we will always fight to protect your right to speak freely.8
Musk Accused of Reducing Visibility of Accounts That Disagree With Him
A recent New York Times investigation alleged that the accounts of those who had public disagreements with Musk faced a marked decrease in engagement, reach and access to monetization tools. However, the internal algorithms of X are private, which makes it difficult to prove that a user’s visibility is affected by disputes with Musk.
Ari Cohen of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression pointed out:
You can’t champion the First Amendment and then silence people who challenge you. That’s not how free speech works.9
Musk has positioned his platform to be a beacon of, “freedom of speech, not freedom of reach” and has stated that while he would not ban posters who express controversial opinions, he may choose to reduce their visibility.10
It appears that X’s treatment of Hulscher’s post went beyond reduced visibility as the entire account was shut down for a few hours after the controversial post before it was restored.

did X apology for their mistake?
did X comment?
However, the platforms may soon be targeting content related to the Trump administration’s investigation into the causes of autism. Elon Musk’s commitment to free speech on X was evident when Hulscher’s search ban was reversed within hours of his reporting the problem.
looks like X made a mistake.
There was still sencer software that hadn’t been removed.
I wonder how much Big Pharma paid, and who they bribed, to have this study removed!!
This is probably the reason your report was “taken down” on X and not because you were censored.
According to recent data from Downdetector, X, Spotify, OpenAI, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Verizon, YouTube, Claude, DoorDash, Zoom, Google, and Reddit are currently facing downtime issues in the United States. Downdetector was also rendered briefly unavailable.
Many websites were still down as at 9 a.m. ET.
In an emailed statement to The Epoch Times, a Cloudflare spokesperson said: “We saw a spike in unusual traffic to one of Cloudflare’s services beginning at 11:20 UTC. That caused some traffic passing through Cloudflare’s network to experience errors.
“We do not yet know the cause of the spike in unusual traffic. We are all hands on deck to make sure all traffic is served without errors. After that, we will turn our attention to investigating the cause of the unusual spike in traffic.
“We will post updates to cloudflarestatus.com.”
Your report is now available for viewing even on Epoch Times.
You know what, it could have been. How relieving to know that the entire worlds communication access can simply go down in this manner. However, you did not address the other pertinent article topics. As a result, we’re going to limit your online visibility. So much for equal protection under the law, the concepts of all men created equally, everyone having a voice. Who needs those antiquated concepts anyways?
You know what people don’t ask? How and why these tech moguls were placed into these positions of such power in the first place. It’s not a coincidence. Welcome to the age of globalism and central control. Those awesome forums we used to have, a different forum ran by individuals for every topic matter imaginable, easy access, complete visibility to anyone whom would stop by and read those forums, privately managed, anyone could start one up. Mostly gone, the few stragglers going away soon. WordPress, one of the architects of online publishing in the early days, having hosted unimaginable volumes of important content, recently taken offline, everything is gone.
Your only options are crooked facebook, or crooked X. And a few others. But what you don’t get is honest open market choices, privacy, decentralization. That’s all going away. The ability to self host without having to spend exorbitant cash output and be a technical genius whom can withstand a thousand different types of sophisticated hacking efforts. Not anymore. All of the independent sites are going away and that’s all by design. All that hacking and down activity, that’s just another form of the censorship. Constantly disrupted process is apparently the new normal. Everything is moving along exactly as planned. If you are reading this message, you are the resistance.
This guy answered my question; Available on Epoch Times. If anyone would publish something like this it’s that group. Of course they did. Great news.
I’ve been meaning to pay for the paper subscription again. That’s like the best newspaper in America. For the longest time we bought it on the actual news stand at the grocery store.
Subscriptions available here. Thanks for the reference! About $160 a year, you get a weekly classical full spread newspaper delivered right to your door. The way things are supposed to be.

They’re still not ready to hear ALL of the truth…
Let me que everyone into a basic fact; This is exactly how online communications were designed to work. This is exactly why the powers that be moved away from printed publications, convincing you to do the same.
Too bad these studies were not printed in magazines, printed in newspapers, distributed to the people in their USPS mailboxes. Then everyone could have read them and then the powerful companies instead of one click censorship, would have to instead argue with the masses of organized people demanding accountability.
How on earth would censorship and limiting of information be possible without the online world? It’s a miracle this website is even still online. And one day everything here will be memory holed into the bottomless abyss of the digital age. All voices forgotten, all people disregarded. In a single instant. Because nothing here is ever printed in physical form and mailed to people. I would gladly pay to have this content in a magazine form. Then to have a more sophisticated modern take where paid subscribers whom also posted commentary, could have their messages printed in these magazines as well, a sort of first access with editorial follow up.
If X was truly free speech, why did they limit visibility so only paid accounts can read commentary in response to posts? Why did X juggle dates, as so many accounts have a random assimilation of posts which are no longer congruent with the date of the post? We used to be able to read all posts, and all reader commentary in consecutive order, without a login. Why does X limit the quantity of posts under different users profiles, so people whom are not logged in have reading limitations. We used to be able to back read in chronological order everything anyone ever posted on X from beginning to end, without a login.
My money, as well as your money, would be better spent supporting printed publications.
So where do we order a physical printed copy of this study? Was it actually published anywhere in physical paper format that we can purchase? The best of both worlds would be using online services to purchase a paper based mailer and subscription.
The printing press changed the world. It is standing by to do so again, if only the people would understand these basic concepts. The medium of communication is more important than the communication itself. Get your mind around this concept. Censorship of this magnitude and far reaching impact is a product of the digital age. Solving the dilemma of mass censorship is as simple and returning to more physically printed publications. Just wait until AI takes an even greater hold. Nobody will be having these arguments, everyone will be silenced, all messages curated and approved by central command.
As usual, free market solutions lie in decentralization, rather than more central control. Central planning always leads to an imbalance of power, a disruption of the free market. Remember this key slogan; Central planning never works.
Look how effective the censorship is. Now instead of talking about the study. The people publishing the study are on the defensive, talking about censorship of the study, instead of being able to stay focused on the study itself. And everyone whom would support the study are talking about censorship too. The people whom would be on the defensive are instead watching the political theater of online censorship unfold, the majority of attention now paid to the tech industry rather than their industry and their people. Absolutely brilliant strategy. If this was a chess board could you guess who’s winning?

You cannot trust media, FBI, CIA and now Leo, Trump, Musk. Who we can trust? GOD!
you got that right!
