Kayla Pollock has been waiting three years for her case to be assessed by the Vaccine Injury Support Program. She is one of more than 1,700 injured people who are still in the queue. Kayla has a condition called transverse myelitis—a spinal cord disorder which has been documented after COVID vaccination. It was only days after her third shot the symptoms started. The searing pain followed a few weeks later.
