In a 2025 study published in Nature Biomedical Engineering, researchers reported that applying floss laced with vaccine components such as proteins and inactive viruses along the gum lines of mice triggered an immune response.1 The goal is to use dental floss to vaccinate large numbers of people during a pandemic. The researchers found that “Floss-based vaccination delivered protein, inactivated virus, peptide-presenting immunogenetic nanoparticles and messenger RNA” into the body, and “induced strong and sustained immune activation across multiple organs, robust systemic and mucosal antibody responses and durable protection…”
The new way of administering vaccines by coating dental floss with vaccine components targets a specific area along the gum line called the junctional epithelium (JE), which is highly absorbent and rich in immune cells. Since this area is hard to access, scientists proposed using dental floss, a tool that already reaches the JE during regular dental care both in dentist offices and for use at home. They tested the approach on mice by applying vaccine-coated floss to teeth of the mice and found that the vaccine reached the gum tissue. The mice’s immune systems responded as effectively as they would to a traditional vaccine.2
Rohan Ingrole, PhD, lead researcher of the study and a chemical engineer at Texas Tech University said:
The floss-based vaccination induced both systemic and mucosal immunity, while conventional intramuscular shots largely stimulate systemic immunity. Mucosal immunity is important because most of the pathogens enter through the mucosal routes.3
The dental floss was used to deliver different types of vaccines, including proteins, inactive influenza virus, peptide-based vaccines, and even mRNA, all of which triggered strong inflammatory responses in both the organs in the body and on mucosal surfaces in the gut and reproductive tract. In comparison to existing oral vaccine methods, the researchers reported the floss performed significantly better. The researchers claimed that dental floss vaccines also avoid the risks associated with nasal vaccines, which can sometimes carry ingredients into the brain.4
To explore whether this method could work in humans, the researchers conducted a small study involving 27 healthy volunteers who used dental floss picks coated with a food-safe dye. On average, the dye successfully reached the target gum tissue, specifically the JE, about 59 percent of the time. While the results showed promise, the researchers noted some variability, likely due to floss design limitations. They believe that improving the shape and structure of the floss picks could increase delivery accuracy and consistency.5
Researchers Highlight Pandemic Use for Floss-Based Vaccines
The researchers highlight advantages of floss-based vaccination, including the elimination of needles and cold storage, making it easier to use in underdeveloped regions with limited health care resources. They noted that is also pain-free and could serve as an accessible method of vaccine distribution during a pandemic.
However, they also noted some limitations. The approach cannot be used in infants who do not yet have teeth, and gum infections may reduce its effectiveness. Further research is needed to address these challenges and better understand any potential adverse effects.6
Harvinder Gill, PhD, a researcher on the study and a bioengineer at North Carolina State University said, “The next step is to translate the research to larger animals, which can then lay the foundation for human testing in the near future.”7

It’s very sickening. Good to know. When are they going to stop being relentless? It’s insane!!!
The only purpose of this is to vaccinate people without their knowledge. Forced vaccinations for all is the goal.
I’m praying that this stops. A real fervent prayer! This evil has to stop. Mandates are illegal in every way! It’s time for this to end.
Mental note; Next time I go to the dentists office for a routine cleaning; Adamantly question if they’re using this technology, demand to see the floss they use before hand, make absolutely certain they know anything other than standard generic floss is not acceptable to me. Probably best from here on out to bring my own floss in my pocket and ask them to use this instead, make up some lame excuse about support of the brand or something.
They might already be doing this. The technology is likely already available. Check the back side production labels of your dental floss manufacturer. Often the same companies whom are so heavily invested in vaccines are the ones manufacturing dental products. Probably not a coincidence.
Am I the only one finding it increasingly difficult to procure standard floss picks which do not have some sort of flavoring or additive in the floss? That’s been a real problem for years now. We can shop at a half dozen locations, often walk away with no floss, because everything on the shelf is flavor or flouride coated. So we end up bulk buying standard cheap floss picks five and ten bags at a time so we never run out, when we find them. Is it a coincidence that we end up usually buying generic off brand or store brand floss picks, as those are the only ones which do not have these custom designs? You tell me…
The entire realm of this faux science is disturbing. Take a step back and ask some basic logical questions; If people have said no to vaccination with a needle… Is it anywhere within the realm of ethical practice to trick them into accepting vaccines with stick on patches, air spray, or concealed ingredients in dental floss? In the food itself? These people are not experts. What they are doing is not science. They appear to be dead set on violating the ‘informed concent principal’, and just about every other aspect of patient confidentiality and independent medical decision making autonomy. Why? To what end?
If vaccines are really about health related issues, why are they for profit substances? The show had to reach the end of the track eventually. What used to be a dozen vaccines has ballooned into a hundred. What used to be two dozen known diseases, most of which are curable without medical intervention or with holistic practices, has now morphed into hundreds of constantly changing disease definitions, requiring more vaccines. This is like watching a twenty hour movie in one sitting, the program no longer makes sense.
They don’t even bother to appear credible anymore, having moved to novel applications and psychological conditioning. Like a war crazed general; ‘as many men as it takes, we will make the sacrifice’. We, the people, are no longer on board with this course of action. It’s gone so far they’ve got vaccines for the vaccines these days. Maybe it’s just my restless leg syndrome, tardive dyskinesia, or chronic shopaholic kicking in, which I never asked my doctor for a pill or vaccine regarding. Something is not adding up here. Can’t quite put my finger on what it is… Ask your doctor today if rnma dental floss is right for you.
dr tung’s dental floss seems very clean to me
We need to but floss we can trust and only use that at the dentist.
Oral B has had it for months in stores. It says new micro tech. in a black circle on the packaging.
I barely put it in between my teeth. It feels like plastic and makes a clicking sound. Unfortunately I bought the big 5 pack. I immediately threw the floss packs out and purchased my regular floss which was difficult to find
Buy a water pick
We don’t need mRNA vaccines. Your own immune system can handle this stuff better than a vax. God knew what he was doing when he created people and the immune system. They need to say that this floss will have a vax product in it for informed consent. These scientist are creating Frankenstein treatments. Enough already!
They never stop trying to find ways to kill us.
ROFL. . .
WHATever it takes eh?
By any means necessary.
