Several studies during the past two years have shown a link between COVID-19 vaccination and the development of neurological complications involving different types of brain dysfunction, including Alzheimer’s disease. The most recent of these studies was published earlier this year in the British medical journal QJM: An International Journal of Medicine. Researchers investigated the association between COVID vaccination and the onset of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and its prodromal state, mild cognitive impairment (MCI).1 2 3 4 5
The retrospective cohort study in QJM was conducted by researchers at Korea University College of Medicine in Seoul, South Korea. It used data from the Korean National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) involving 558,087 people, analyzing data from a random 50 percent sample of urban residents 65 years old and above.5
Higher AD Incidence in People Given mRNA COVID Shots
According to researchers conducting the large study:
Participants were divided into vaccinated and unvaccinated groups, with vaccinations including mRNA and cDNA vaccines. The study focused on AD and MCI incidences post-vaccination, identified via ICD-10 codes, using multivariable logistic and Cox regression analyses. Patients with vascular dementia or Parkinson’s disease served as controls.5
The researchers found an increased incidence of AD and MCI post-vaccination in those individuals who had been given COVID shots, but particularly those who had received mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) COVID shots. They found that the group that had gotten the mRNA shots showed a “significantly” higher incidence of AD (odds ratio of 1.225) and MCI (odds ratio of 2.377) compared to the unvaccinated group.5
Onset of AD Associated with Both SARS-CoV-2 Infections and COVID Shots
Based on their study, the researchers concluded that “preliminary evidence suggests a potential link between COVID-19 vaccination” and higher rates of AD and MCI, and that this warranted “further research” to “elucidate the relationship between vaccine-induced immune responses and neurodegenerative processes.” They stressed the need for “continuous monitoring and investigation into the vaccines’ long-term neurological impacts.”5
Clinical doctors and pathologists have observed the onset of AD in a variety of patients, including young adults, after being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, but also after having been injected with COVID shots. An article in New Medical last year noted:
A viral infection with SARS-CoV-2 or even an anti-Covid-19 vaccination causes a dysfunction of the RAS (renin-angiotensin system), via an excess of the hormone angiotensin-2 normally degraded by the receptor ECA2 (angiotensin-2 converting enzyme) on which the viral or vaccine Spike protein binds and the “deleterious” overactivation of the AT1R receptor of the RAS, at the origin of Covid-19 diseases.
The overactivated AT1R receptor is pro-hypertensive, which means it provokes arterial hypertension. This impacts the brain function. Evidently, arterial hypertension has been identified as a significant risk factor for mild to severe neurodegenerative disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.4
COVID Shot Side Effects Linked to a Number of Brain Disorders
In other studies that have shown a link between link between COVID shots and neurological side effects researchers have investigated cases of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in women of childbearing age, Bell’s palsy, transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), which have developed after COVID shots.1 2 3
One study, published in the journal Brain, Behavior, & Immunity – Health in 2022, focused on “cognitive deficits and memory impairments” following receipt of AstraZeneca/Oxford University’s Covishield vaccine. In that study, the researchers concluded:
The onset of acute cognitive deficits and memory impairments could be another complication that physicians and neurologists need to be alerted to, although larger and further studies are needed to determine whether post-vaccination rates of memory impairment are common or not.2
The study recommended continued monitoring of COVID shots and “describing side effects associated with them” as being “essential to improve safety profiles and enhance public trust.”2

am 72 and had the janssen. had immediate neuro side effects that lasted over a week and some that have not gone away. thinking of the doctors treating these patients, will the doctors be able to notice and compensate for the same deficits themselves? there are already and increasing number of infectious disease outbreaks because of damaged immune function. will there be more medical error, car accidents, traffic control mistakes? in my personal encounters, there are more people who misspeak, dont remember, cant find words, experience more rapid ageing and deterioration. be fewer people around to collect social security, pensions, use medicare, etc so it solves part of that problem without the rich having to contribute more to the system and leaves more money for them grab as they view it as rightfully theirs
I predicted that this vaccine would lead to a greater incidence of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s ands Parkinson’s. The mechanism by which this vaccine induces these neurodegenerative diseases in immunonoexcitotoxicity. The mRNA being defuse is constantly stimulating the immune system on an enormous base of stimulation. This instantly activates the brain microglia, which will become primed to release excitototoxic levels of glutamate and other excitotoxins and that destroys these neurons. This will occur as long as the mRNA activates the immune system (for which we do not know). This is why all neurodegenerative diseases are increasing in the vaccinated, including prion diseases.

Thank you for mentioning prion diseases. My father died of Crutzfeld-Jacob Disease (sp?) in 2007, obviously way before Covid. But he took every vaccine his doctor recommended. Annual flu shot, shingles, pneumonia…and he was on Lipitor for years and years. Otherwise, he lived such a healthy life. I am convinced all of these medical interventions are what took his life at 60YO.
Simultaneous to the horrible reality of Covid shots revealing sudden deaths and a raft of disease, we are laced with Satellites, Smart Meters, antennae and cell towers. Between the contaminated foods, genetically modified substances, dangerous high frequency emf fields, wireless devices and cell phones, then on to the toxic pharmaceuticals, there is a lot to be aware of. Basically our entire regulatory system in the USA has been co opted and captured by the same special interest groups they are supposed to be regulating. aka the revolving door. As a general rule of thumb; The very last place we turn to for any advice is the government. The last things they successfully regulated were lead and asbestos. Everything since then has been a rubber stamp fast track pay to play approval system.
The FCC was finally forced to acknowledge there has not been a single safety study proving that modern wireless device technology is safe, so they were finally compelled to perform such a study. They found the technology was harmful but then stated that the research was simply too complex, so they shut down the research efforts yet did not alter their regulatory guidelines. What is legal and common place here is quite literally illegal in other countries as they institute new guidelines to remove and limit the same technology that is being fast track approved and installed with a breath taking pace here in our country.
The corporations work in a fascist unified state as they know individual accountability can not be achieved as long as the peoples healths are compromised on so many fronts, so they consistently deny and redirect the blame. Same concept for vaccines as well, there has not been adequate safety testing of any of this. We can not inject health. 70+ youth vaccinations is an absurd figure. The yearly flue shot still does not work a hundred years later, yet people continue to believe the lies. Chronic illness continues to exponentialize rapidly.
Like Marice Nelson said in the first post response here, the system is designed to drain all of the peoples wealth from cradle to grave. They’re not creating cures, they are creating customers. The size and scale of big ag, big pharma, industrial medicine, big tech, all of that is clearly an example of why we collectively need to pursue better solutions such as monopoly, rico, and anti trust break ups of these organizations. And now we get to live under thumb in an emerging tyranny as an infinite volume of new regulations are installed to counter the damage caused by elitist interests and insider self asking regulatory policy which provides cover for the special interests and allows them to monopolize even more market sectors, prohibiting free market competition in turn. We need to roll all this back with anti trust and a downsizing of government and non profit groups whom now function as unaccountable governers and policy makers themselves. Rise of the non profits. Central planning never works.

Excellent post, Colorado. Gov’t capture was one of the issues that RFK jr spoke of. Whether he can still have influence to change that within someone else’s administration remains to be seen. All science is politically directed and funded accordingly. That people keep buying the same baloney (Covid, bird flu, monkeypox,Zika….) over and over without question speaks to the educational system in this country(another issue). It conditions people to accept and never question anything coming from those in authority even when evidence to the contrary is presented to them. Coordinated efforts by govt, NGOs and corporate media keep people eternally fearful, ignorant and compliant.
