California Medical Misinformation Bill Tramples Doctors’ First Amendment Rights

California’s state Senate passed a bill last night that can result in a doctor’s state license being revoked if they spread false or misleading medical information about COVID vaccines or treatments. According to Axios, the law designates spreading false or misleading medical information to patients as ‘unprofessional conduct subject to punishment by the medical board of California.’ If California’s governor, Gavin Newsom, were to sign the bill into law, California would be the first state to take legal action against medical practitioners in response to the spread of false COVID information.

    This will force some to lie to keep their license. Any near retirement should do so. The rest should leave the the state.

    So doctors are only allowed to speak the government approved narrative. We’re not in Kansas, USA any longer.

    Benjamin Rush, M.D. circa 1776 was certainly prescient when he declared;
    “Unless we put medical freedom into the constitution, the time will come when medicine (pharma) will organize itself into an undercover dictatorship.
    To restrict the art of healing to one class of men and deny equal privileges to others will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are unAmerican and Despotic.”

    What the Hell!? Doctors and government people and policies spread dis-information all the time, so where is the prosecution of those persons and policies for those actions? Please understand that science is not political, and that very pertinent information re: water science, quantum mechanics, and the effectiveness of positive approaches in thinking, understanding, and communicating are available now and are being added to by critical peer-reviewed studies and analysis on a regular basis. Let’s report about this: https://www.thesciencetheevidence.co.uk

    According to proposed rule, doctor could loose their license if they lie ‘vaccine are safe’
    Or ‘covid vaccines are highly effective ‘
    Or ‘vaccine are needed to protect others ‘
    Or ‘ the Bennett outweigh the risk’

    We are living in a scientific dark age. COVID is an apostate religion that has completely inverted truth with Orwellian double speak. Evil is called good, and good is called evil. Kill shots are “safe and effective.” Those who challenge the official dogma are excommunicated from the COVID church. Science has been debased just as religion was debased during the medieval ages. The California medical board needs to be dissolved for using politics to trump science.

    We should hold government officials to the same standard.
    Government officials will loose their job and can never make decisions for US if they speak of misinformation.
