Digital apps that use QR codes to confirm vaccination status or passports are used in New York, California and Louisiana, with as many as 30 states planning to roll them out. Journalist Judith Levine has handed over her paper vaccine card to dozens of gatekeepers but says she won’t be getting New York’s digital Excelsior pass despite her fully vaxxed and boosted status. According to Levine, when citizens’ biometric data become married to technology, both potential profit and ambition of tech inflate without limit.

It’s not a shadow Joni. We’ve been a surveillance society for quite some time. People know of social media whether they affiliate with the “giants” by having their own social page or not (IE., Facebook, Twitter).
Let’s just all do our part & read more, & then read more (books, religious works, music, journal articles) to others who can’t themselves.
