We all know it. We all know it too well. Here in Cleveland, we don’t get a ton of sun, which means, for some people, a deficiency in vitamin D… and it’s not just essential for your bones, your teeth and your muscles, it also plays a huge role in a strong and healthy immune system, which is why some health experts are looking into the possibility of it helping in the fight against COVID-19. Now, at this point, the National Institutes of Health says there is not enough evidence to recommend using vitamin D to prevent or treat COVID-19, but it also says there is not enough evidence to recommend against it either.

Of course vitamin D helps so does vitamin C. They will help prevent getting covid19 and if you do it won’t be as bad.
Yes Vitamin C and Zinc also. Glad you showed Natures Bounty supplements. I worked there for many years before retirement and they are an excellent company.
Health experts have been saying since the beginning that Vitamin D could help. The “experts” that are cited in this article are obviously not experts in nutrition and immunology.
I may not be a doctor. But experts continue to say “not enough evident.” It’s a gimmick. Vitamin D does help in maintaining good health!! You could say they are not experts in nutrition and immunology.
