Executive Order Creates Influenza Vaccine Task Force to Promote “National Security and Public Health”

On Sept. 19, 2019, President Donald Trump signed an Executive Order, “Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United State to Promote National Security and Public Health.” Describing mass use of influenza vaccines “to combat seasonal flu” and influenza pandemics as “strengthening our Nation’s public health and security,” he announced the establishment of a National Influenza Vaccine Task Force. The Task Force will develop a five-year national plan to reduce “reliance on egg-based influenza vaccine production” in the United States and increase the country’s “capacity of alternative methods” for producing influenza vaccines that “allow more agile and rapid responses to emerging influenza viruses.”1

The Executive Order also directs the Task Force to:

  • “advance the development of new, broadly protective vaccine candidates that provide more effective and longer lasting immunities;” and
  • support the “promotion of increased influenza vaccine immunization” among “populations recommended” by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); and
  • improve “public understanding of influenza risk and informed influenza vaccine decision-making.”1

The Task Force is specifically directed to look at ways to work through the director of the CDC to “increase influenza vaccine use through enhanced communication and by removing barriers to vaccination.”1

The Task Force will consist of a senior official from each of the following departments, agencies and offices: Department of Defense; Department of Justice; Department of Agriculture; Department of Veterans Affairs; Department of Homeland Security; Food and Drug Administration; CDC; National Institutes of Health; Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. The Executive Order directs the Task Force to submit a report on its plan to the President within 120 days.1

On Sept. 20, the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases awarded the University of Maryland’s Center for Vaccine Development and Global Health in Baltimore a $200 million grant to develop more effective influenza vaccines and, ultimately a “universal” influenza vaccine.2

During the second half of last year’s “flu season,” the influenza vaccine was estimated to be only nine percent effective.3

According to Kathleen Neuzil, MD, who directs vaccine research at the University of Maryland, “Eliminating influenza is the goal. It will certainly be a challenge, but in seven years we hope to have a better vaccine, or a lot of better vaccines.” The research, which will be conducted under a program called Collaborative Influenza Vaccine Innovation Center (CIVIC) will “address the need to develop and test influenza vaccines that protect against new and emerging strains, and ultimately prevent more disease,” says Dr. Neuzil.2 4

“Development of a better flu vaccine and ultimately a universal flu vaccine is important and life-saving work,” says U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland.2

“A universal vaccine would protect against, if not all, a great array of influenza strains and could be given every 5 or 10 years or whatever it is,” says William Schaffner, MD, medical director for the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases. “Every healthcare encounter would be an opportunity to provide that vaccine, not just every fall.”2

WBAL-TV 11 in Baltimore reports that the vaccine research that will be conducted under the grant to the University of Maryland will include “clinical trials and challenge studies in special populations such as children, pregnant women and the elderly.”5

Well, all those people who decided they were 1 issue voters and that issue was vaccines and voted for trump just because he mentioned that ‘MAYBE” vaccines caused autism, those of us who actually read and comprehended when he said this in 2016 “I’m a big believer in vaccines” and “The bottom line is they have to get vaccinated.” We thank you for another hurdle to jump over.

We will look forward to an increased array of discrimination from schools, employers, and higher educational communties because we dared to make independent medical decisions and say no to this particular pharmaceutical product. Once the government takes away an individuals right to say no, anything is possible. Be ready.

If your vote was based on 1 issue, vaccines, as many Vaccine Awareness people and blogs were declaring it would have served you well to actually read and listen to what trump was saying-not what you wanted to hear. I actually had multiple Vaccine Awareness/Anti-Vaccine blogs not post my comments because they had quotes from trump saying he was a big believer in vaccines. When trump came out back in the spring and said people had to get the MMR vaccine, those blogs lost their minds and denounced him when all they had to do in the beginning is listen and read what he said in the first place.

If you actually read the multiple comments trump made about vaccines one wouldn’t need a physic to see exact where he would go with this. trump himself has significant pharma stock so why would he cut off a revenue stream? That was reveled in the one tax return that was made available. Here is what he said in an interview with Sharyl Attkisson:

“What’s your position on freedom of choice regarding various vaccines that could be dangerous for some children and why is the mere discussion of making vaccines safe censored?”

“It’s the most unbelievable discussion I’ve ever been involved in. If you say anything about vaccines that is slightly like holding back the hate mail, the level of vitriol, it’s incredible when you see it.

*First of all, I’m a big believer in vaccines.*

But there could something to the theory that these massive doses that are given to children have an impact on autism. There could be something to it. Now some people say no, some people say yes, I’d like to see studies.

*The bottom line is they have to get vaccinated.*

When I was going to school as a young guy, polio was a really big problem and vaccines knocked it out. So the vaccines are very important, but we have to study the vaccines and we have to be very, very careful with vaccines.”

He believes Polio was cured by a vaccine and he has never addressed PARENTAL CHOICE.

-Alter vaccination schedules to avoid autism: Trump says he favors vaccines, but giving children smaller doses over a longer period of time. He has blamed vaccines for causing autism in children.

This is something we have to deal with regardless of the president…. both parties need to be more informed and less influenced by CDC and poor studies. There is no way you can make a vaccine SAFE that uses aborted fetal cells with the naked human DNA protein sheath attached, naked DNA from animals such as bovine and pig, dog (in some flu shots), formaldehyde, aluminum and unknow substance that are under trade secret. Hell, they may still be using thimerosal because removal of it was voluntary, not mandated. Are you aware that the American Academy of Pediatrics had come out and recommended that thimerosal be put back in vaccines because they say it was proven not to cause autism.

In Janine Roberts 2 excellent books on Vaccines; “Fear Of The Invisible” and the “Vaccine Papers” she discovered this in her almost decade of research on vaccines:

“It was thus that I learnt that our vaccines are a veritable soup, made up not just of viruses that should or should not be there, but also thousands of bits of viruses and of cells, DNA and RNA genetic codes, proteins, enzymes, chemicals and perhaps oncogenes and prions. The vaccine was monitored for the presence of only a very few of these particles and vaccine lots are thrown away only if these are found.”

“In other words, the vaccines we give our children are liquids filled with a host of unknown particles, most of which came from the cells of non-humans: from chickens, monkeys, or even from cancer cells. Truly we do not know what we are doing or what are the long-term consequences. All that is known for sure is that vaccines are a very cheap form of public medicine often provided by governments to ensure the public that they really do care for the safety of our children.”
“Fear of the Invisible”: Chapter: Highly contaminated vaccines

“All that is known for sure is that vaccines are a very cheap form of public medicine often provided by governments
Dr. Maurice Hillman, father of vaccines said vaccines are the bargain basement technology for the 20th century. https://healthimpactnews.com/2013/vaccine-pioneer-doctor-admits-polio-vaccine-caused-cancer/

If it comes to making vaccines as cheap as possible or investing more money in safety, cutting into any profit margin, it not a hard choice for the government considering the government is in the vaccine making business. HHS & the CDC own vaccine patents.

So how do you make this Frankenstein brew safe?

He wants our liberties restored but the deep state is embedded into every fabric of society so 4 d Chess is necessary to defeat the enemy folks. 2020 we will be rejoicing that mandates have been lifted and ” consumers are fully aware of risks” This is a big deal.

This is not what was promised to voters. What was promised was someone like Robert Kennedy Jr running an unbiased independent research council which was not tied to the pharmaceutical industry, to examine actual true safety studies regarding the risks of ALL vaccines. What this is, is more co opted government which is promoting corporate profits at the expense of public health. We were holding our breath for a leader whom could stand up to big pharma, and now we’ll have to hold our breath much much longer.

I personally have never been a 1 issue voter. Any candidate that stays out of my pocketbook AND provides a very strong military gets my vote. The challenger to Trump (clinton) was one who would push socialism and decimate our military which are deal breakers.

With that said, I disagree with any politician supporting, pushing, mandating vaccines. This is why the 1st amendment is important…to educate people about the dangers of vaccines. It has become harder to get the word out even using very credible sources via social media policing. I almost lost my daughter to her infant vaccines. I stopped them and lo and behold the liberals here in California took away the philosophical and religious exemption….they just recently basically gutted the medical exemption forcing ANY Dr. that writes more than 4 exemptions a year comes under review AND that a child that has a seizure on one vaccine will not be allowed to be exempted from others even though it has a lot of the same ingredients that could cause a seizure!

It’s nearly impossible to speak out because one then becomes a target here and the medical exemption along with the Dr. come under high scrutiny. Basically the leftists say we have no say over our bodies in regards to vaccines now and they are creating a database to store our vaccine info here in California. The conservative minority could do nothing to stop it. Big money will always have big influence and do it’s best to silence those of us who disagree. Very sad here in California.

Part of the order is to increase vaccination by removing barriers to vaccination. The biggest barriers are lack of effectiveness and questionable safety. To “remove” these barriers, research needs to be looked at, which will show neither effectiveness or safety with the currently used vaccines. This could open an opportunity for vaccines to be really looked at.

We already have a universal flu “vaccine”. It’s called Influenzinum, a homeopathic nosode, from the 1918-1919 flu epidemic. Since homeopathy works (and it does, and very well) on the basis of “like cures like”, it doesn’t have to be the same strain, only similar. It’s just too bad medical “science” is so close-minded that they’d rather vilify homeopathy than actually learn about it.

Vaccines are the catalist for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome . Big pharma is stealthily keeping this hidden. They know that vaccines shouldn’t be given to adults and children with inflammation or inflammatory conditions yet they have doctors giving the vaccines without running legwork to check for inflammation. Repeated vaccines on people with inflammatory conditions or autoimmune disorders causes damage to the mast cells in the immune system. The mast cells become hyperactive and over react causing allergic reactions up to and including Anaphylaxis. When mast cells are damaged, they replicate cause more damaged mast cells. People with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome aren’t being told that they shouldn’t donate blood as this disorder can be passed on thru the blood supply. People should be very concerned since MCAS takes many years to develop with people not realizing that they have it. Many mistake the reactions for allergies, sensitivities to chemicals or food poisoning.

Terri…you are very correct. Most people are not informed at this level to understand about Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. What we are experiencing is a snowball effect in our history at this time. The artificial food supply, the abnormal stress parameters that people must endure, the fact that heavy metals, herbicide and pesticide residues, and gene activation controls can be passed down from mother and father to baby through the generations, tells us that we are reaching a tipping point in immune health. Vaccines will not correct any of the issues, “create” a healthy population, or even leave a benign effect on the general population as a whole. To an increasing population group, with maladapted immune system function, they create true harm. For the otherwise healthy population, they begin the spiral of decline. Coming between a doctor and his patient and forcing state mandated vaccines IS a medical police state as we all know. And now the education system is involved, saying your child can’t go to public school without being vaccinated with all 49 vaccines by age 6. A very sad state that our government has turned into…

Let’s ensure that the vaccines are tested and safe before injecting them into otherwise healthy human beings who have an immune system that is capable of fighting off dis-eases it encounters. When will the same safety testing be required in a non liability setting such as now as is supposedly done for other drugs? When will the benefits outweigh the risks? Our current system does not address these issues.

Cant we try to flood President Trump with letters regarding our concern for safe vaccines, choice and informed consent? Then ask him why he has not kept his campaign promise to us regarding vaccines? All of our voices mean votes for him in the upcoming election.

The trillion dollar pharmaceutical companies, e.i. Merk, Bayer, Pfizer, etc. and the world famous controller, the CDC will not stop collecting their obscene pensions. They are an arm of this monsterous system that only sees money, their money! They will never back down on their stance for “vaccines for everyone.” Can you imagine the enormous implications that would result if they were to “fess up” to the truth about vaccine safety? No, they will sit coiled like a venomous snake, ready to strike at anyone who denies their propaganda on “safe vaccines.” Now they have Trump on their side, concocting a task force for increasing “influenza vaccine use?” Wow, the snake is striking! Their policy must be, “don’t let even 1 get away!” Constantly thinking of evil ways to ensnare every single person!

This is very disappointing. Both Trump and Ben Carson stated during the Republican debates about the damage that vaccines are doing. It’s a very important issue and I’m very disappointed that Trump has turned on this issue.

well–trump is losing my vote–so guess I will not be voting as there are no candidates–unless the GOP comes up with another choice –Rand Paul would be better and old trump lied to RFK –about a vaccine commission–all those aspartame sodas every day have poisoned trumps brain–If he cut them out of his diet he would lose all that weight and he would have a clear brain again-he should write an order to get rid of pharma and the cdc–how are they any different than EL CHAPO and why is El Chapo in jail and pharma and CDC running loose–they are guilty of the same crime!! Money and greed and they do not want the competition–for them,! it is legal and for the drug lords –no!–Time for the haves to become the have nots!! It is all bullshit!

Trump was obviously pressured into signing this ridiculous, insane executive order. What a waste of $200 million that could have been better used to increase the immune system of the homeless and people in poverty. Children are going to school hungry and that in itself can lead to a compromised immune system. I have always refused to take the flu shot that has murdered animal and human baby DNA in it, along with excessive amounts of mercury, along with flu viruses from last year’s flu viruses, not this years. Viruses mutate yearly, so by the time the flu shot comes out for this year, it only addressed last year’s flu viruses. On top of that, I’ve known many people who have told me how they cured themselves from getting the seasonal fu each year, and they would then tell me, “I don’t get the flu shot because every time I got the shot, I’d come down with the flu and get sick. On top of that, but the flu shot is contraindicative for people with already compromised immune system and it’s the number one reason why people hire attorneys to collect from the Vaccine Court. Even one flu shot has made some people paralyzed, have a compromised immune system, can make seniors more demented, and has too much mercury in it. ZERO mercury is safe for the human body. I’m pro Trump all the way but he’s supposed to be protecting people from the big pharma monsters, many of them who are descendants from the Nazi party. Bill Gates said in a video, “the best way to keep the population down is through vaccinations.” In other words, the best way to kill people off or make them sterile is through forced vaccination programs, which they have been doing in 3rd world countries, like Africa and parts of Mexico and South America. Keep your guns, you’ll need them when the vaccine Nazi’s come knocking at our doors to force us to get our required flu shots that for sure, will be designed to make us “more stupid, more vulnerable, more toxic with heavy metals, sicker, and more dead than alive.”
We’ve got Veterans, children, and other homeless people in our streets and Trump got pressured into signing this ridiculous bill that will waste $200 million that could be used to feed our children and homeless population? What happened to the balanced budget Trump is supposed to be working on? In summary, Trump is better than any other candidate due to” he saved us with a war with Russia that Hillary wanted to cover up her uranium crime with Russia; he brought America more jobs for everyone, got people off welfare, is trying to save us from an open border policy that is brining in these flu viruses and other highly contagious diseases, turned our Country back into a “For God” Country instead of a “Godless, self-centered one,” and is working with Andrew Pollack, father of “meadow,” on making schools safe again and allowing people to keep guns to defend ourselves against the “crazies.” Mr. Pollack wrote a book on how current Obama school policies, not guns, have created dangerous school environments all over the country. He outlines several recommendations that Trump is working on implementing to school school policies towards making our schools safe.
To make our schools safe, parents should opt to not force vaccines on their children at all. Even polio was proven to have reduced from proper cleanliness, washing hands, having cleaner swimming water areas, and using proper hygiene, not the salk vaccine, which is a hoax. Now, with open borders, foreigners are bringing in contagious diseases because of improper hygiene and not getting sufficient food and clean water to keep their immune systems healthy.
I know a 7th day adventist couple in California who hired an attorney to keep their 2 kids vaccine free. They also, home schooled their kids. Not only did the kids grow up getting all A’s, but they were never sick. They ate healthy, were kept happy, exercised right, and never got the flu because they never got flu shots that could have given them the flu virus.
Now, communist-bribed Sen. Pan in CA has created bills to take away medical and religious vaccine exemptions for all children, making black male children at high risk of getting autism. For some reason, black male children have an inherent immune system that makes them a higher risk for becoming autistic after being exposed to all the mercury and other toxins in the vaccines. How racist is that?
No way will I ever consent to getting a forced flu shot, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks this way. We all need to write President Trump and explain to him how this executive order is a huge mistake, and he needs to take the $200 million and feed the homeless, the children, and other vulnerable people who are at a greater risk of getting the flu because their immune system is compromised from not getting proper nutrition.

I recently got guillaine barre from a vaccine. By the time it affected all my muscles and lungs, I almost died. This was from a Hepatitis A vaccine because of exposure in a restaurant where an employee had Hep A. Otherwise, I don’t get vaccines. I can’t believe our government is pushing this where many have no choice or options. Frightening!!!!

The references of our paper shows how vitamin C has also been shown to be effective for polio and other viruses. This strategy must be seriously considered by those Task Forces

Colds and the flu are a body’s natural reaction to eliminate toxins. If a vaccine prevents us from expelling toxins is that a helpful? I do believe the president is trying to get to the bottom of the vaccine question. He told us that our doctors are lying to us

In my home state of NY it was a democratic led state government that took away religious exemptions to vaccination. In the Democratic run state of California, it was their state government who also eliminated personal and religious exemptions to vaccination, and are currently working to curb medical exemptions. Even if Trump’s administration is successful in creating a universal influenza vaccine, it will no doubt be mandated by democratic run states.

Everyone needs to take a step back and think of the bigger picture. Trump is fighting the right and the left every step of the way as all of congress has been bought or blackmailed by Pharma. The V word is the scarlet letter. Almost topic is a scarlet letter. How do you fight back? You get a task force that is trustworthy of physicians/scientist that are not globalists. You discover that the safest way to protect your community is NOT to vaccinate them if the research shows that it is not effective.

This may be wrong but this is our only hope. Trump is an imperfect man. Who do you know that is perfect? He has what it takes to fight back. How many people do you know who not have crumbled by now being faced with so much backlash?

We need to stop being passive. We are scared for our families and our futures. The globalists know this and that is why they do it. Fear is a very powerful tool for controlling people.

I’m sincerely disappointed in this man. I had hoped his voice would support R Kennedy Jr on this one. It’s beyond depressing to read this- the hopes for personal freedoms are slowly being eaten away by BOTH parties- the battles over each “key issue” is simply a puppet show as well as a way to cause divisiveness amongst the masses. I am so over all of it. I pray for major instability in both parties, civil unrest that causes them both to collapse making way for others to come forth that will permit this country to hold on to its personal rights and freedoms.

How about we write President Trump and remind him of his promise for someone like Robert Kennedy Jr running an unbiased independent research council which was not tied to the pharmaceutical industry, to examine actual true safety studies regarding the risks of ALL vaccines OR AT LEAST MAKE ROBERT KENNEDY JR A PART OF THIS NEW TASK FORCE TO MAKE SURE ANY NEW VACCINES ARE SAFE – NOT JUST NEW!
This may actually get us someplace.

Hopefully Trump just acceded to their demands for the time being, as the media wants to jump on him for the smallest details to impeach him. He is as pro-life of a president that we will ever see, and this week, President Trump challenged world leaders at the U.N. with this fact: roughly 80% of the world’s population live in nations that restrict religious freedom. He made a powerful demand for action. I believe if he is re-elected he will deal with the injustice of mandated vaccines, and our medical freedom.

If the public – which continues to be aware of the risks of vaccines or at least that the flu vaccine is and has been a joke – demands safety testing – (which has NEVER been done – though it was given to the HHS Dept to test regularly back in 1986 when pharmaceutical companies were given carte blanch to develop new vaccines with no liabilities) Check out the White Paper from 2017 on the ICAN site – maybe if these Federal officials will be addressed by those who are more informed than they are – letter writing, phone calls and follow up in 120 days as to what the “plan” is. As far as bad-mouthing president Trump – he’s been putting up with so much garbage from the media – wait and see and talk to others about this.

In this case DO YOU NOT SEE THE CHALLENGE HE PUT IN THEIR BASKET and recognize… 1) the IMPLICATION THAT THE CURRENT VAXXES are NOT SAFE NOR EFFECTIVE… and 2) his great challenge to produce at least one flu vaccine that works on ALL STRAINS… rotfl…. yeah wanna take a guess on what century that will happen……

I wouldn’t inject big pharma’s poisons into my body and would never trust a word they said about safety or effectiveness. If the day comes that vaccines are mandatory for all I will go to jail. Remember, any law that violates the constitution (which mandatory vaccines do) is null and void.

Trump, unfortunately like Reagan, is a delegate-r. And nearly the whole government is filled with little Mao suited statists who like nothing better than to run our lives when their own are messed up. They can’t even close the border (nor do they want to), but they want to mess with our health and our kids’ health. Another possibility is that he is too busy fighting to survive all the political assassins around him and this has fallen down the list.
