[Spielberg] is then replaced by Leona Brenner-Gati, MD. And who is she? The new deputy commissioner for the FDA? She worked for Johnson & Johnson for 17 years in senior positions. They control the FDA, and that’s why all these problems we’ve had with these drugs is going on. You’ve got the foxes in the chicken coop, and you don’t have one fox, you’ve got a bunch of them.

When will you people realize that ALL so-called federal agencies are, by Law, namely the US Constitution,RESTRICTED in their authority to the 10-mile square known as Washington, DC? They have NO jurisdictional authority in any of the 50 States. The case was proven back in 1995 when a health food store owner in IL was raided by the FDA. They took ALL of the property and money he had. He sued in court on the grounds they did not have the authority outside of DC AND HE WON. Naturally, it was never published because it would make it a “precedent case”, meaning anyone else dealing with the FDA could use the argument and strip ALL of the FDA’s power in court. I know this because I spoke with the attorney who sued in the case. He would not give me details and made me go through hoops until I “guessed” correctly what their tactic was.
This means the FDA, FCC, FAA, OSHA and all other federal agencies have NO power in the 50 states. People just do not know this and lose all the time. Spread the word, research the Constitution, specifically Article 10…..
I have heard this before that this is true! Too bad judges usually will not uphold the constitution.

The FDA does not protect the consumers. It protects the corporations, like Monsanto. It MUST BE dissolved.

Having seen from first hand the damage that is done when SSRI’s and meds for ADHD are “prescribed” and taken, I say there is way too much pushing of drugs for whatever. The DSM-V or is it VI now? has gotten only bigger and bigger and are we any healthier? all of those mental illness – “disorders”- are based upon observation NO blood testing, no hair sampling, no urine sampling, just what either the teacher observes and “diagnoses’???? Dr. Peter Breggin has a few words about this. The female attorney, Hope, is of the opinion that drugs are needed, no matter what. but that is what she is about. What about all of the damage that has been done with drugs like VIOXX or vaccines. This is an older program, but it is still relevant about what is wrong with the system that has SHUT UP B(*&TCH. So bring up “conspiracy theorists”. It isn’t a conspiracy, it is ignorance on the part of the Rockefeller allopathic system that spends very little time on the patient and gets a kickback from the companies they prescribed from.
