I Was a Super-Fit Mum-of-Two Who Ran Triathlons—Until I Got the Second COVID Vaccine

Initially, I didn’t hesitate to get the vaccine, and I thought I was doing the right thing to do so we could all move on. I’m not an anti-vaxxer, I’ve had vaccines before. It’s never been a problem… I thought it was the right thing to do. I had my first Pfizer vaccine in 2021. I had it in my left arm. Initially, I had a very sore arm, like a lot of people had. So I wasn’t too concerned. It went away after a few days and I kept doing what I was doing. Three weeks later, I had my second Pfizer vaccine. And, initially after that, I instantly got a massive swelling on my arm pit, so I did see the doctor the day after have it. The doctor said she’s never seen anything like it.
