COVID Shot Reactions Force French Soccer Player to Retire

Francois-Xavier Fumu Tamuzo, former French U20 player, is suing Pfizer-Germany, Pfizer-France, BioNTech and the French Football Federation (FFF) for injuries he said he sustained from the Comirnaty mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) COVID-19 shot. The 29-year-old professional football player is poised to retire early, as soon as this summer, due to his vaccine injuries.¹

While getting a COVID shot was not mandatory when Tamuzo received it, it soon became compulsory for professional football players. The young athlete alleges that because the FFF’s health protocol called for players to get the COVID shot, even though it was not yet mandatory when he received it, the league bears some responsibility for his injuries.²

Tamuzu received his first Comirnaty shot on July 30, 2021 and the second on Aug. 23, 2021. Soon after the renowned athlete suffered a series of health problems that have led to the end of his promising career.³

Tamazu said:

Long walks are almost unbearable, jogging is impossible for me. When I want to start up, for example to go up the stairs or up a shelf or even down the stairs, the pain is severe.⁴

Professional Athletes Have Died from Heart Issues Post COVID Shot

Tamuzo is not alone in suffering from heart problems after receiving a COVID shot. In April 2024, the young and healthy Italian footballer Mattia Giani died after clutching his chest mid-game while attempting to score a goal. The 26-year-old collapsed and was rushed to the hospital where he passed away the next day.⁵

Another young athlete thought to have succumbed to a COVID shot reaction was Oscar Cabrera-Adames. In 2021, Cabrera-Adames was diagnosed with myocarditis (heart inflammation) after collapsing during a basketball game in Spain. The 28-year-old Dominican professional basketball player passed away after suffering a heart attack during a stress test. Cabrera-Adames had publicly linked his mycarditis diagnosis to the COVID shot.⁶

Cabrera-Adames wrote on a social media post:

I got a damn Myocarditis from taking a f—ing vaccine. (I got 2 doses of Pfizer) And I knew it! Many people warned me. But guess what? It was compulsory or I couldn’t work. I am an international professional athlete and I am playing in Spain. I have no health problem, nothing, not hereditary, no asthma, NOTHING! I suddenly collapsed to the ground in the middle of a match and almost died. I’m still recovering and I’ve had 11 different cardiology tests done and guess? They find nothing.⁷

Government Allegedly Knew About Myocarditis Risk, But Kept it Quiet

According to The Epoch Times, which reviewed a 2021 e-mail between the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, the agency drafted an alert to the American public linking the shot with myocarditis, but never delivered the message due to fears the public would panic.^{8 9}

U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) reprimanded the CDC:

CDC’s apparent decision to not immediately issue a formal alert to clinicians warning them about the increased risk of myocarditis and pericarditis in vaccinated individuals is not only inexcusable, its malpractice. CDC should never prioritize its own public perception over the public’s health, and those who made the decision to do so must be held fully accountable.¹⁰

A recent National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine news report examined evidence for 19 possible adverse reactions to mRNA COVID-19 shots. The report confirmed that the Moderna’s Spikevax and Pfizer/BioNTech’s Comirnaty can cause myocarditis.¹¹
