Baby in Nepal Dies After Getting Six Vaccines
A six-week-old baby in Nepal died after receiving six vaccines. The child, Bunu Dewan, reportedly received the BCG, DPT, fIPV and PCV vaccines at a community health center in the town of Simaltar.
